General course Gender, Knowledge and Social Justice

As part of the University of Padua’s continual commitment to promote equal opportunities and gender equality, the Elena Cornaro University Centre offers a general course on Gender, Knowledge and Social Justice

The course offers a transdisciplinary approach for those interested in deepening their understanding of the relationship between genders in different areas of knowledge and various aspects of life. It aims to filter out the stereotypes and prejudices that condition social interactions, in order to favour a change of perspective, needed to build a more equal and inclusive society.

The elective course (6 credits) is open to all the students enrolled in any BA or MA degree program offered by our University. Its third edition starts in the second semester of 2023.
